As the Novinky.cz site says, Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs of the Czech Republic intends to toughen rules for employment agencies from January 1, 2016.

These words refer to the popular, among foreigners too, employment through intermediaries (agenturní zaměstnávání).

The ministry wants to set a 15% limit for the number of employees, employed in a firm or company through an agency.

In addition, employees employed by the agency and employees employed directly, should receive the same salary and work in the same conditions.

The Ministry wants employment agencies to prove their financial solvency and even deposit a pledge.

Some firms and companies believe that quotas may put at risk their competitiveness. Upon that, majority of firms and companies voluntarily equalized the rights of workers and bounded the number of employed through intermediaries.

In 2005, there were 1.147 employment agencies in the Czech Republic. In 2014 there were 1,585 agencies. With the help of employment agencies 1.6% of people work in Europe and in the Czech Republic is about 0.7%.
